Robert L. Lovett founded the Lovett Law Firm and devoted his practice to wrongful death and personal injury litigation. Rob takes pride in always being accessible to the customers he serves. He battles tenaciously to see that they receive the most compensation possible, and he won’t give up until justice is done. In addition, Mr. Lovett has defended several clients who suffered losses due to other people’s negligence. He has worked on cases including truck crashes and other motor vehicle accidents, faulty products, premises liability, and animal bites. Along the way, he has amassed sizable sums of money through jury verdicts following trials and settlement agreements that he has negotiated.

Rob started the Lovett Law Firm in 1999 and graduated from Texas Tech University with a law degree. Since then, he has successfully handled thousands of personal injury claims and defended tens of thousands of accident victims throughout West Texas and Southern New Mexico. Rob Lovett is admitted to practice law in Texas and New Mexico state courts. Additionally, he has been permitted to practice law in New Mexico and the Western District of Texas of the United States District Court.
