Over the course of its existence, Rubenstein Law has evolved from being a preeminent vehicle and slip-and-fall accident firm in Miami to becoming a personal injury practice recognized throughout the state for its ability to handle all varieties of injury and accident claims. Although we have grown, we have maintained our level of success by recruiting a diverse team of highly competent attorneys and committed staff members who emphasize putting our client’s needs first and optimizing the results they achieve.

In 1988, Robert Rubenstein opened the doors to the first iteration of Rubenstein Law as a plaintiff’s personal injury company. Nicole, his daughter, became an associate with the company in 2008, the same year she acquired her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law with the highest honors. Rubenstein Law now has over 50 attorneys, including 20 Partners, and is located in 15 cities across the state of Florida, thanks to their combined efforts. Moreover, within our Mass Tort Department, we also have a devoted team that spends all their time representing various clients across the country who have been harmed due to harmful pharmaceuticals and medical devices. These clients come from all parts of the country.
