About The Business
Since Howard S. Young, Sr. began assisting injured Indianapolis citizens in 1903. The Young Family has been interested in the state’s legal community. Howard Sr. established his dominance in the legal community after 40 years of practice by becoming the 76th Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court and then, shortly after, the President of the Indianapolis Bar Association. However, the apex of Howard’s legal career came in 1954 when he left the Supreme Court and co-founded Young & Young with his son Howard Jr.
We aim to uphold our clients fully informed at all times since we consider every case we handle to be a collaboration with them. In the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, medical malpractice, Social Security disability, construction accidents, wrongful death litigation, trucking accidents, highway accidents involving semi-tractor trailers, or car and motorcycle accidents, we have more than 110 years of combined legal experience. As a result, we have the skills, expertise, and motivation to help our clients maximize their compensation.
Accidents do happen, and if one does, it’s crucial to have a knowledgeable and trained lawyer on your side to guide you through your options and compensation entitlements. We accept contingent-free claims for Social Security disability, wrongful death, and personal injuries. That indicates we only get paid if we successfully resolve your legal matter and secure financial compensation for you and your family.
At Young & Young, we think our daily dedication to integrity and courtesies in our professional interactions with adversaries and courts at every level should benefit our clients. Every time we enter court, the respect shown to us is evident. We are aware that we must constantly struggle to earn this respect rather than take it for granted.
