We will not only provide a la carte menu, but will also have a buffet designed to suit all customers and we will also have a Bain Marie menu on display for a quick takeaway or dine in and free tasting at all times, there will be an open view of the kitchen to show a live fine dining experience where the guest can oversee the cooking as they are seated to enjoy the meal.

SAAJ will be managed by the owner, who is an experienced chef himself. The chef has a total experience of 17yrs in Indian cooking. All the sauces will be prepared, cooked on site.

We serve complimentary Rice with our Curry, this style is very unique in Perth, as our chef believes rice should be a part of the curry..
