The Lobster Pier is an Australian restaurant serving sustainably sourced WA Rock Lobster on an all natural, hand-rolled brioche bun.
Our lobsters are gently poached in butter and served either in our original succulent butter sauce or a flavorful seasonal sauce. Do check in with our front of house staff for the latest seasonal flavours.
We pride ourselves on serving the best brioche bun in town ensuring that every bun is baked on-site with no bread enhancers, preservatives or trans-fat. Every bun is made with only the best ingredients and hand-rolled the old school way.
We work hard to ensure that all Lobsters used in our restaurant are certified ecologically sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).
